GO TO WENDYS INSTEAD.High ego workers with low iq, get my order wrong, called them and was told to give my name and come back, came back was told to have the food and receipt. I never got a receipt lady at the window looked at me like I was lying I started to get irritated and told them I wouldn’t waste my time coming back if I was lying. Told them give me a refund and then I got a solution and my order made correctly. I work down the street and I’m never coming back for lunch. Managers don’t even answer the phone. Cashiers with no direction of SOP. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered our food at the kiosk. It worked well. We didn't receive the glasses for drinks, When we asked for the drinks, the woman stared at us as if we were thieves. (We're senior citizens.) Its taco bell but the new self order platform isnt the best as they dont have the specials available, customized ordering takes a while and id rather have the workers take my order than me doing that job. Not sure why there is a tip option since customers are helping them with the order. They also dont really call your order out when its done they just leave it on counter and go about their business. Absolutely terrible service. The person taking our order literally spoke in one word grunts and then we got to the window and just there for almost 10 minutes. The people who use to work here were great at customer service but now we will take our business down the street to the other Taco Bell. Places a pick up order get there and it's not ready . They were too busy getting the drive-thru orders out so they can make their time so they can get bonuses. No one acknowledged me except for an employee who wasn't even on his shift yet another women just ignored me and it's like this every time I go to the Taco Bell and it's closest to my work but now I'll be going to the one over on Arnold instead cuz I just can't take how long it takes to get food there Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Customer service is horrible. From the beginning i enterd theyre shouting at you. I was given attitude because i miss understood what the cashier lady told me (Maria). This lady goes behind to the kitchen and starts talking rudely about me to the others coworkers. After i told her i dont want what i accidently ordered. Her attitude changed. She started rasing her voice and yelling at me for not listening.(she spoke broken english and had her face mask on)sorry for misunderstanding. They took for ever to get me my order on purpose. 4/26/20 4:10pm Friday. The boss really needs to. Get with her team. Dont go here. Rude team. Update When you get the taco bell team upset they dont even bother to seal the bag 😒
