Just had a taste for something sweet so I stopped by and got some Cinnabon delights. The service was good and the order was out quick. It also helped it was a rainy day so no line. They always skimpy with the meat. They need better customer service skills. Went through the drive through today and asked for a receipt. The girl said we don't have any paper and shut the window while we were still talking. I left the car in the drive and went inside. Told the district manager what happened and guess what they had paper at the front register. They are very rude at this location.

Terrible experience! My greeting was “how are you paying?” When I told him card he pointed me to the kiosk and said “that’s how we do it” I don’t work at Taco Bell I shouldn’t be forced to spend 10 minutes figuring out how to work the kiosk, and instead of helping me (obviously struggling 10 min later for a taco) he proceeded to chit chat with co-workers. After completing my order for dine in, a was alerted that my food was in the bag on the counter-the place was dead, the least you could do is teach and practice customer service!!
