I was out with friends for the Holiday and knew they were a little cranky so I ordered some DoorDash. They then told me I had better not had sour cream put in the taco supreme crunch wrap. So I instantly knew I better call and see if the staff at Moscow, ID. Could assist me in my extreme mess up of not knowing the ins and out of someone’s order. Because I was trying to do a nice thing. 🙄. However I called and Taco Bell picked up and assisted me with leaving the Sour Cream off my order for my dearest friend. The woman whom answered my phone call was named Karma, she was swift to help, polite and amazing. Thank you for helping me correct a dear friends hangry attitude. You were amazing. And the combination between our Taco Bell and DoorDash was amazing. I hope Karma and the Taco Bell has an amazing season. Whoever was making the food yesterday did a very poor job. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and 5 layer burrito. The gordita had about a tablespoon of meat, a bit of shredded lettuce, a glob of what i think was sour cream and about 8 shreds of cheese. Definitely not cheesy! The 5 layer burrito was about the same; very little filling and a small hint of cheese. I asked for sauce & got none. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
