First, they forgot my cheese & I ordered chips & cheese. Then my tacos were sooo stale & hard. The potatoes were literally almost black. We ordered our son fiesta potatoes & they gave us fries with just cheese on top -_- AND there was a hair in my food. Very disappointed.. I waited in the drive thru for a long time, Customer service was good. I took my food to the beach to eat in my new car. The soft taco was very watery and made a mess in my seat. Tonights window team (2/4/24) was on it!!! I had a huge order and they got everything right. While i waited everyone worked together and got my order out fast also. They even seemed happy and nice to interact with. Over the past few years this drive thru has struggled, tonight was a radical improvement! You don't buy Tacobell, you rent it. Drive-thru I don't think has EVER gotten my order right. What do you expect for 20 bucks an hour? It's Tacobell. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
