The level of homeless people that are always at this Taco Bell is incredible. You have homeless encampments. The back area where the drive-thru is at managers managers know of this problem Never call the police. The employees of this Taco Bell Enable the homeless people to continue doing their drugs. I drove far to come to this Taco Bell Because it isn’t one around me. From the time we walked in the energy was weird. They have self service kiosks. It’s the way the lady told us we had to use those to order our food. That’s fine but she could’ve said it a little bit. I then asked to use the restroom. The same lady camil said their restrooms didn’t work. I thought that was weird because how are y’all a big business like this and the restrooms doesn’t work?? Not one of them?? But whatever I didn’t say anything I just went across the way to the bar. (It was clean and smelled good in there yay lol). Anyone I come back my food still wasn’t ready.. again I didn’t say nothing because perfection takes time. A little bit later I see them let a lady in the restaurant. So I asked I thought the restroom wasn’t working? She act like she didn’t hear me. So I asked again. She then said she said “it’s nothing against you don’t get offended” I told her how can I not feel some type of way if you told me the restrooms wasn’t working but you let someone else in?? She didn’t have an answer. She then told her boss “she want to use the restroom” her boss say she can use it. I said I already went to the bar. So she then tell her boss “she asked if she can go to the restroom I told her they were closed. She just saw me let someone in now she’s mad”. I said I’m not mad at all but it’s not right. I then walked off because it’s not worth it. I love spreading positivity but this had to be typed. It was one to many red flags about this restaurant today. The customer service was terrible. Not only that they messed up my food. I work in customer service and I know exactly how a customer should be treated. There wasn’t an apology or anything about the MANY… MANY… MANY THINGS THAT WENT WRONG TODAY IN THIS TACO BELL. NOVA ALTHOUGH YOU WERE IN THE DRIVE THUR THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just go to the one on boulder and horizon there the best in Vegas this one always is horrible This place just straight up sucks wouldn't take my money at 1:54pm! Always have to use the kiosk and when I get done with my order I have to pay up front anyways! And then they don't want to take my large bill so I waited in line and ordered for myself for them to tell me sorry can't help you! It's my lunch break now I wasted my entire lunch on this you guys really need to shut this place down with these dodos working there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up to order and the male taking my order was mumbling and I couldn't understand him. I said Im sorry I cant understand what you are saying. What he was saying was that I can't order more than 5 items. Weirdo request and I was trying to order for 4 people. I just left and went to the location near Marks street. I will never return to the Boulder location Very unsatisfactorily experience.

It's taco bell. So, I'm not expecting greatness. But the Mexican pizza SUCKED. The chicken chulapa not good. The ten plus homeless people hanging out next to the drive wasn't pleasant either. Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3
