I would put no stars if i could but i cant but my reason for these stars are because they have horrible customer service i asked them to modify something for me knowing they could do it because i used to work at tacobell and they were to lazy to do it so they lied and said they weren’t allowed to do so im very disappointed and frustrated at how these workers are so i simply said nevermind and drive off

Waited 20 mins in line with one car ahead of us. The car had already been waiting there for awhile. We’re told we can’t do two easy single orders or have any mods like no sour cream on an item. Couldn’t get out of line so had to stick it out. No idea why it took so long, definitely a few people working. Never going back. So, today was an extremely windy day here in 29Palms. I made an online oder. As I picked up my order, close to 7:05PM, I told the lady [who blurbed out, i was off 10 mins ago] at the counter that I couldn't find the spicy ranch on the app, and can I get a side if that. She said I gota pay for it, I told her I left my waller in my car. She said store policy. I'm not one to expect free things, but my order was over $50. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
