The food is fine; it is the service that is the issue. When you are getting your food to go they will not assist you with containers for the condiments to take home to eat with your food. I really like the Brownsville location better. They are friendly and more accommodating. They understand that the customer has a take out order and gives them the containers they need to take the items home to enjoy their meal that they just purchased. The young male cashier is always rude when I go into order that I really hate to go to this location. When I see him there I just turn around and leave. I enjoy the food by this chain restaurant, but I rather wait and get it in Brownsville. Went to go eat there today and the place was dirty they had one cashier working as the busboy and taking orders at the Same Time he was super nice but u can tell he was over working since it looked like he was the only one there it didn’t seem like they was helping him to take orders to the tables he dropped my food off and we said thank you he said no problem and since he had more orders to take to more tables and people waiting to order he looked like he was stressed doing the cleaning taking orders and busing at the same time good thing later on it slowed down and he had a chance to rest, hope you give him credit or something. 12/7/23 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
