Ordered Togo. When I arrived before the estimated time, I received a text saying they would let me know when it was ready. No one at the pickup window even acknowledged that there were guests at the window unless we basically yelled HELLO!! It wasn't ready at the estimated time. When I got home, I was missing 4 rolls, only given a handful of hot wings, and the country fried steak was so tough I couldn't even eat it. Chili missing the cheese as well. I went to Texas Roadhouse recently to eat with a friend of mine and we absolutely loved everything about it except maybe their prices. It's kind of expensive, but it evens out with the delicious food that we were served. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and I couldn't get enough of their homemade dinner rolls. They are worth the trip alone. Hot and warm rolls that melt in your mouth. We will definitely be going back to eat there again in the near future. We went last night so much happened. We won’t be going back! We were told there was no ribs or prime rib. But the table that ordered a good 20 minutes after us got ribs. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Took forever for our bar drinks to come. One of our orders did not get their sides. We were told it would be brought right out. Asked 5 different times. Also asked the “manager”. Then finally I told the manager and waitress as we were paying we still don’t have our sides and are leaving!!! They finally put it in a togo container. 😤 Half of our party did not have silverware when they brought out the food. Told they were working on getting some rolled up. But people who were being sat after us had silverware. No offer for a discount or anything for the sides at least. Food: 2 Service: 2

It's always a great time when I go! Customer service was great, food came our fresh and in a timely manner! I had the chicken fried sirloin, Cesar salad with a baked potato. Was enjoying our meal when a cockroach appeared and then I lost my appetite. Thankfully our server was kind and understanding she got a manager.
