Stopped at this location on my way home with my father. We sat at the bar. I ordered a 16oz ribeye cooked medium rare. Cut into it and it was rare. Now I know I should have sent it back immediately, but a steak doesn't get more or less cooked just sitting and I don't mind rare. Well I get into the thicker half and the steak is butcher shelf raw with a tint of color on the outside. They cooked it fine on one side and when they flipped it, it maybe kissed the grill before it was served. I hated to send it back, but when I got it again It was now barely rare, but ripping hot. So the best cook in that location is a hot lamp. I live by the union deposit location and they make this location look like the trainee special. Ate at the roadhouse mid February and everything was 5 star excellent! Got the bone in ribeye, probably the best steak I ever ate, returned this week February 29, and received the complete opposite waitress never returned to ask if we needed drinks or rolls got same ribeye and my wife got steak tips both so salty couldn't eat told waitress she said they were training a new cook and probably put on too much sirloin seasoning? But never offered any apology or way to rectify it ! WILL NOT RETURN!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

They have phenomenal bread, going along with their fantastic butter. The rest of their food is less preferable than to that of Longhorn Steakhouse just down the road. They serve peanuts, which is a plus. The service is friendly, yet the atmosphere feels about as corporate as the music they play. We went for a celebratory dinner and it was all awesome. The rolls and honey butter are always delectable! The cactus blossom was cooked just right. They timed the meal at a good time to where we could enjoy our appetizers first, and not feel rushed. Everything was cooked and seasoned well, and had enough leftovers for a meal the next day! Went on Friday night after Christmas knowing it would be busy. We're told it would be an hour to an hour and 10 min wait. After an hour and a half with a fussy 4 yr old we got a table. Waitress was amazing considering how busy she was. Music was nice while we waited out in the closed off section which kept us warm but music needed to be turned down. One of my favorite steak houses. I very highly recommend going. They treat you so well and will accommodate almost any need you have. There steaks are phenomenal. Usually not a huge fan of food chains but like this one very much. It's not annoying. You can call ahead and put yourself on the wait list and avoid wait time. The staff is super well trained. You are greeted at the door, shown to your table and eating in no time. The food is mostly very good and there are easy paths to healthy choices if you wish. Steak is tasty and usually fairly lean. Ribs are great with plenty of meat and a tangy sauce. Sides are plentiful and included. Drinks are refilled before you ask. Not for every day. But worth visiting. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The trouble with call ahead seating is if you're not right in the parking lot when they say your seats are ready then you lose your seats. Other than that the service was great and food was great. Sure did not expect the 20 oz when I ordered the Oktoberfest. This is probably my favorite location to visit Texas Roadhouse. The entire team they have there is always super kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the dinner. The laid-back atmosphere is a great add-on to visiting this place aside from the delicious meals and you can't forget the bread/butter! We typically eat in however they do provide take out as well.
