On 2/29/24 we celebrated our daughter’s wedding here. We had a private room and our main server was Stephan. It was everything we wanted, excellent cocktails, bubbly, appetizers, table sides and delicious entrees. We even had the spectacular cold shellfish platter. They also served our special wedding cake beautifully. Everyone there did so many things to help make this special for the newlyweds. None of us have stopped raving about our evening. The valet parking also helped make this stress free. Great experience from start to finish. We were graciously greeted upon walking in and seated right away for our reservation. Our server had great recommendations and gave us the perfect amount of space. We were celebrating a birthday and hadn’t mentioned it to anyone at the restaurant. The steaks were cooked to perfection and were full of flavor. My only small gripe is the Brussels sprouts which were tasty but, they could have been more crispy. And the truffle fries could have used a garlic aoli sauce to go with them but, that’s just my opinion. Otherwise the sides were great. After dinner our waitress surprised us with a special birthday desert, which was very thoughtful and observant. Bartender also did a great job making some delicious cocktails. Overall a great and memorable experience. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Absolutely phenomenal. My new favorite restaurant. My dad took my husband and I after hyping the restaurant up and he was not wrong. We've been to plenty of other fine dining establishments in the area but nothing compared to the service and the food we got here. Ashlee was out server and she did an outstanding job. The service was great! For the first time ever, they brought a bounch of glasses in a beautiful box for who can not read the menu 😍. The food was good but price pointing and the steak was kind of cold, I would go with 4 stars. Also, I am not sure if midum rare is different from Canad and US , my steak was kind of rare. Last but not least, the Calamari was good, perfect cooking and crispy but not the best one that I had tried. Overall, I am satisfied and Thank you, Capital Grille team!
