First Impression, walked into the front door and greeted by a rude hostess. Sat down, waiter was good and the food came to our table relatively fast. The food was good however, as I was eating I pulled a sizable piece of plastic out of my dish. Very unpleasant, glad my child didn’t get that plate. Manager said I could order something else and took my plate away, after admitting she recognized where the plastic came from. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They made my daughter's birthday celebration extra special, without even having to ask. They presented my 9 year old with a lovely hand written birthday card which was given by the store manager. His name escapes me right now, but he was tall, with a beard, light-skin. And our waitress was on top of things making sure we had everything we needed. We were there on January 13th.Thank you for a great experience. We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were greeted by a friendly hostess Sunday morning who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. She ensured that the table was wheelchair-accessible for my wife and even assisted us in exploring gluten-free menu options. The service was outstanding, and we're looking forward to coming back for another delightful visit. Food was also exceptional. Another disappointing visit to Cheesecake Factory. Ordered grilled fish tacos which came out cold and missing the sauce. Sent them back and rather than remake them, they put the whole plate in the oven and brought them back to me on a scalding hot plate. No surprise, they were overly dried out (albeit hot). Did a manager come out to apologize or inquire? Nope. Side salad was literally a bowl of lettuce. No tomatoes, cheese, croutons, or anything. Waitress was disinterested - couldn't even keep water glasses full. Guess it's no surprise that the place was empty. Should have just turned around and left. Good food, especially the cheesecake, great atmosphere, and the waiter was nice too. The only issue was that there were fruit bugs flying around our table. We saw a total of two bugs landing on our table simultaneously. They kept flying around us, and we had to shoo them away every 4-5 minutes with our hands, afraid they would land on our food.
