We enjoyed a phenomenal lunch at Gold Land BBQ. The brisket is the best I've ever had. It was moist and bursting with flavor! Otger than the ribs, we tried a little of each, We will be back! Catering seems like it would be an excellent choice from here, too. There could be more seating, but in all honesty, I think the entire area of The Creamery could be enhanced to make it a more clean and cozy setting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Creamery is a great collection of destaurants and shops tcuked away in a relaxing and nicely design spot near Higuera and Nippomo streets in downtown SLO. It is not frequently crowded, since many tourists would have trouble finding it. It’s a perfect place for lunch with a group since people can order separately and then sit on picnic benches in a public courtyard.
