The Habit figured out the formula for an above average fast food place to have a satisfactory meal, clean, great options on a somewhat short menu. Pleasant sit down atmosphere and exotic drinks next to the fountain drinks. They have a couple tasty options for vegetarians like me and my parents always enjoy their cheeseburgers. We order our fries on the more "well done" side and they are amazing. I like the food here. However, it seems to me that at The Habit, cleaning the trays they serve the food in is not in their policy. My tray at this location was again covered in grease and crumbs from the last customer to use it. Even a piece of lettuce was stuck to it in plain sight, dried to the tray, so i know it didn't come from my fresh food. The bathrooms at this one were being cleaned when i was there, and weren't even finished by the time i was ready to wash my hands and leave. There was soapy water all over the floor and just left like that. I needed to use the facility but decided not to since the door was propped open. Another thing, why do the bathrooms at these places always smell as if someone had just smoked inside? Can't your employees go outside to enjoy their smoking? Or who was it? You need to really work on this Habit. Very disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Food was ok but not great. Staff said they didn't have fresh onions , but had fresh grilled onions. If you don't have fresh onions than how do you have fresh grilled onions. Must be a day old. Pepper Station was filthy with spoiled old peppers with a long hair drug across the whole thing. After all , my sandwich came out with chicken and cheese only. Not a great experience, seems like every place starts off good , than falls shortly after due to lack of care and no passion in management positions. My uncle bought me a Santa Barbara sandwich and it was love at first bite! Brought my friends here and they said it was the best sandwich they ever tasted. Mouth watering every time I think about it. Try it! No regrets !! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Always good and easy to order via app, kiosk inside or at cashier! Call ahead during busy times to save from waiting. Burgers are fresh and very good as are the fries! Def a local go to out of all burger chains!!

Wow! They really know how to do a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger! Look at this thing! Full of flavor but less calories than with the bun. I signed up on the app and got free charburger with the purchase of a drink. Yay me! I recommend trying it soon.

original Char Burgers and more. I order a Portabella Wrap, the Best. Parking in the strip mall, Clean dining rooms or dine outside. handicapped entrance, and clean bathrooms. They have water cups to boot. Visit this great burger place at moderate price to medium priced. The original is less than 4 bucks. My normal go to burger place.
