We decided to go here for dinner on a Wednesday night. I called to see if there was a wait, and to put my name down or make a reservation. The host said there is no wait and that there was no need to make a reservation. When we got there she took my name and said it will only be a few minutes. While we waited 2 other party’s that were just walking in the door after us got seated. I’m guessing they had a reservation which is fine but I tried to make a reservation and was told it was not necessary. The waited ended up being 15 minutes to be sat. The restaurant itself was not busy at all. Yet the service was incredibly slow. I would estimate that from we walked in the door to when we were finally leaving. Was about two hours and 10 minutes. Love eating here when I am in a state with an Old Spaghetti Favtory. Had a large group and 830pm and was still treated well as the restaurant was closing down. Great service and food was amazing as usual. Wish we had an Old Spaghetti Factory in Montana. Food is excellent. My favorite dishes are the Jumbo Lobster Ravioli in a creamy pesto Alfredo sauce, so delish! Their fried calamari is terrific. The mizithra cheese is unique, they even have gluten free noodles. Their tiramisu is to die for. Atmosphere is warm and the service is always friendly and professional. I love this place! Such a fun design and a really pretty and unique looking restaurant. The food is always good and I like that you get bread, a salad, an entree and ice cream! If you purchase an Italian cream soda, which are delicious, you get to take a glass home. My husband cannot eat gluten so got the gluten free pasta and said it was complete mush and not good at all. So while I do love and recommend this place, I'd probably tell anyone who can't eat gluten to find somewhere else.
