Even though the soft serve ice cream wasn't available, that we drove 11 miles for the ladies behind the counter were excellent, and really did try to cater to the needs of all of course, excellent place. Great milkshakes, good creamy ice cream.

Overpriced and not very friendly. It seems as though a customer is a burden. However, it has 4.5 stars for some unknown reason. The one and only time I'll ever stop here but the ice cream is average for factory supplied blends.

Jon was my ice person tonight and he made me feel so comfortable even tho I didn’t know what I wanted! I’ve never met a happier person to help me out in my life! He definitely deserves a raise!! Thank you so much again!! 100% recommend the scoop!!!

They’re overpriced, their sundaes are overly expensive and plain. You’re asking us to pay about $7 for just a small vanilla soft serve and some peanuts and that’s a sundae?? They do have plenty of hard flavors though, I’ll give them that. The one worker I had taking my order wasn’t very enthused to be there, just sounded rude.

Old fashioned place. The location means you're probably going to be waiting in line. Right next to the school. There are 2 drive through windows though. The staff is polite and friendly.

The best ice cream place in town. Johnny and the crew are amazing. Always very accommodating to our orders. They have the best milkshakes and soft serve.

The one girl is just pure lazy and likes to upset people. You shouldn’t be working in a place like you are. 2 things happened on 2 different occasions. I had went to get 2 chocolate peanut butter milkshakes. The girl with black hair told me they were out, so I had my wife go there within 5 minutes to get a new milkshake because they were out of the chocolate peanut butter and they were not out, and for tonight my wife and I are our kids walked in to order and they all got what they wanted but I had asked for a twist, the girl that wasn’t serving us had served someone else with the exact same thing I had ordered. If you want to be lazy don’t work there. A place like that, that serves ice cream and everything should be about pleasing your customers not upsetting them. Anyway I won’t be back there..

My ice-cream was just how I remembered it so many years ago when I lived in Hornell. The rich custard of the twist ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. My favorite! The service was great! The girls working behind the vounter were all so friendly and fast .

Everytime the curly hair old lady takes my order she acts like its a chore. Says she cant put soft serve on hard when I asked the owner and was told its perfectly fine. She is incredibly rude and needs to be let go. The high school staff is 1000x more respectful and customer friendly.

Not gonna lie! It's the only ice cream place I go to around our area! The prices and the sizes of their cones, ice cream sundaes, and shakes are perfect! Most places around the area, you get small portions for an unreasonable amount of cash. And of course the service is excellent!!! Lots of pressure from the drive through, to the front counter on busy days. But you'll never, ever see them disappoint. Professionalism at its finest! Beautiful job folks!
