It's a bar in Scranton, I went here for a watch party with the NEPA Bird gang, had a great time and the 2 bartenders were phenomenal. Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was awesome to hang with friends! We came into town for a reunion with friends a few weeks back and after visiting a few places that were still around 35 (!!) years ago, we wanted to try somewhere new. We reads the reviews and they brought us here! We immediately understood why this place consistently gets 5 stars. Our bartender and, we later learned, the owners are multi-generational in the community, which allowed us all to walk down memory lane of things that stayed the same and things that changed. Although I have no doubt that if this was your first time to Scranton, you would be welcomed just as warmly (the staff did not know when we walked in that we had roots in the area). We did not try the food but next time we're in town, we will look forward to doing that. We wish Thirsty Elephant continued success! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
