When ordering a cassata cake over the phone I was told that it would be decorated with fresh strawberries on top, there was none. There was MINIMAL filling in between two large DRY cakes. Frosting was so thick and over sweet that when you put it all together, we just wound up throwing the whole cake in the garbage. Very dissatisfied. I ordered for my daughter's quinceanera. She wanted a fairly simple heart shaped cake and I could not find ANYONE who could help me. I called 6 different places! I called Three Willows and she assured me she could get it done and she did! The cake was so pretty and I also ordered a sheet cake for 50 people. There was barely any leftover. Everyone raved about how delicious it was! I will definitely be using her for my future parties. Highly recommend!!

Kati is not only talented in her impeccable cake designs, but her baking always tastes amazing! Absolute perfection. I highly recommend working with her. She’s so down to earth and communicative, she even goes the extra mile in respecting your food allergies. You won’t regret buying cakes or baked goods from her !

I couldn't find a single bakery to make a German chocolate cake with a cherry filling for me. She really saved the day with an adorable personal cake for my boyfriend's birthday. He loved it! It was delicious and she is the sweetest person in the world. I'll will be sharing her card with friends and co-workers.
