I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is always amazing and fresh! The service is always fantastic and food is always delicious. The workers are kind and prompt to get you what you need. The owners is Amazing and we love supporting Tin long whenever we are want hibachi and sushi!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If it weren't for the waitress, this would be a definite one star. I generally expect very little from a Chinese buffet, but this was ridiculous. I've been to this particular Chinese buffet multiple times since the 90s, and it was horrible food these last few times. My family was excited to learn Blue ridge had a Hibachi place. food was okay tasting, def have had better. Chef was great, did all the fun stuff for kids. On the way home my 12yo thru up all over the car. Then at home my other two younger kids puked. Not sure what it was, but be warned and watch the chef for cross contamination. We tried this restaurant a total of three times and we have to say that the service was always prompt and friendly! However, that's where the positive pretty much ends. Yesterday, both my wife and I had food poisoning from that food and I was suffering from the severest symptoms that I leave to your imagination. My wife has a sea food allergy and even though she ordered vegetable Hibachi had a major breakout and swelling in her throat. The worst thing that happened was that when I ordered the chicken Hibachi I actually found three shrimps in it. The food tasted good, but obviously they have hygiene issues and don't strictly separate different food types which can lead to serious problems. This was our last visit.
