After visiting The Parks at Town Center, you can look over the menu at Starbucks @ Tom Thumb. This place will offer you good coffee. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fine service shows a high level of quality at this spot.

The usual Starbucks quality products. The baristas are friendly, and great. Do be mindful if there is a line as the wait can be long depending on complexity of orders. Only one barista is generally operating the entire kiosk for most hours of the day which means operations will be slower compared to a full store. A star deducted as the prices may vary compared to the full store location across the street. My normal order costs a little more here in comparison.

Employees here are nice but clearly new and slow. The manager is insufferable and spends his entire shift talking to the employees, distracting them from serving customers. Spent 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged because the employee didn’t want to upset her manager by telling him to hush.

Saturday 10:20am. Waited just now for a coffee. The server is just too busy talking to a lady who is drinking a coffee by the pick up area. He’s telling her about a concert or something. Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait this morning.
