The All American breakfast wrap (served all day) is totally worth the try, or the trek off the interstate. As well as anything Peanut Butter. (Unless allergic) I have been going to this place since they opened. Way back when they were one of the first places in North Ankeny. If you haven't been here? Go. There are different proteins, different smoothies, so many health options. All while still tasting delicious. Having 5 teenagers work here is not a great idea. Waited 15 minutes for one smoothie. They were talking the whole time and only 2 of them were actually working. There wasn’t a lot of people there either so it shouldn’t have taken so long. Employees were just horsing around. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time here. Oh my gosh so good! I had chicken pesto flatbread and 3 cheese chicken quesadilla and the beach bum smoothie and wow the best thing I've eaten! I will for sure be back! Thanks so much! Also employees are super nice and fast too!

Terrible service. Went in tonight. Ordered one smoothie. Waited around ten minutes. Others came in, placed an order and received their things while I was still waiting. Ended up leaving without my smoothie. Avoid.
