I went in at 10:38 thru the drive thru and when I received my drink it tasted sour. I went back inside for them to only give me the same drink they said they remade. It tasted the same I believe the milk was expired I had to throw out my drink and I spent more like $20 this morning. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst Starbucks out of the whole valley, they forget your orders and the orders aren’t even what you proceeded to order. Very dissatisfied I hope you guys train the employees better on how to not be forgetful. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

It really frustrates me when you ask for no foam and the person can careless still adding it. Lesson learned just make my own coffee at home, Starbucks overrated!

Omg, I am beyond grateful with Desiree. Okay, basically I am suffering with the covid vaccine side effects, my throat is killing me and I am too sore to more my arms. I decided to get a gooood hot tea for my throat, but sadly the one I wanted was not listed on the uber eats app. After explaining what was going on, Desiree did above and beyond to help me out, along with the shift supervisor. Customer experience at the highest level. I am going to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. ❤️ You rock girl.
