Nach der Hauptspeise haben wir sehr lange auf das Dessert warten müssen, welches eigentlich nicht frisch zubereitet war…

The 39€ dog-friendly Sunday brunch (12:00 to 14:15) turned out to be more of a seriously enhanced breakfast buffet than a Sunday brunch buffet, albeit with wonderful service.
Its highlights were:
•quality cheesecake platter
•smoked salmon
•bitter-sweet pineapple mousse, crème brûlée
•a sublime selection of DAMMAN teas deployed next to all-you-can-drink hot drinks station
•a welcome glass of bubbly/cocktail
It missed the freshly squeezed orange juice, as well as the Sunday roast carvery station. Instead, there were mini-burgers, mini-quiches, plus mini-pizzas.
The avocado toast with shredded shrimp dissapointed.
By all means, the price:quantity-quality is absolutely adequate for the thirty-nine euros price tag.
The table service by Aude, Alain & Michal was bespoke. The morning telephone reservation with Otar left all questions answered.
After the brunch, it's possible to digestively walk around the humongous parc and golf territory.
