Vault, located in Hot Springs, is a fine dining establishment that offers American cuisine with a sophisticated twist. The atmosphere is elegant and romantic, perfect for a special occasion or a night out. The interior design is modern and stylish with low lights and ambient lighting that sets the mood. The price range is on the higher side, but the quality of the food and service make it worth it. Some standout dishes include the pork belly that melts in your mouth, the wagyu steak that is cooked to perfection, and the pumpkin curry that is bursting with flavor. The charcuterie board is also a must-try. For cocktails, the smoking old fashion is a showstopper, and the wine list is extensive and well-curated. Vault also has a unique feature - The Heist Lounge upstairs, where you can enjoy live music and drinks after your meal. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, with servers like Scott and Carla offering excellent recommendations and making you feel like royalty. Overall, Vault is an establishment that is not to be missed if you're in Hot Springs. Its exceptional food, ambiance, and special features make it a standout place to dine.

The fried Brie, the limoncello cheesecake, and the coffee were excellent. The $48 lamb shank was meh. Also they charge an additional 3.5% for using a credit card. It was the superb wait staff that caused me to give 4 stars rather than 3. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The atmosphere here was amazing. My wife and I were split on the quality of the food, between a four and a five. I got the smoked old fashioned. It wasn’t anything special to drink, but the presentation was amazing. My wife got the pomegranate martini. She said it was good and strong. We got the Brie as an appetizer. My wife is the Brie fan and she said it was very good. I did like the flavoring that they paired with it. We split the Jamaican Jerk Salmon. Once again, my wife thought it was great. I wasn’t completely sold on it, because it tasted a little too fishy for me. My wife tends to like more gamey tasting dishes than I do. We paired that with the cream corn and Brussels sprouts. Those are a must have when eating here. All in all, I think this is a great restaurant with a great atmosphere. Well worth a visit, while in Hot Springs. Such an awesome place to drop by! The atmosphere is absolutely incredible as is the restaurant layout! Open areas, bars and little private rooms that have privacy curtains...we just loved it! Their homemade tartar sauce was the absolute best I've ever had in my life! Our only complaint would be the service, it was pretty bad. The server was too concentrated on other people to properly take care of us 3. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fish

Scott was my husband & my waiter & he was outstanding! He was so attentive without being any over bearing. He brought me & my husband champagne and a desert as we told him we were newly weds months ago and never had a honey moon. The best experience and the highlight of our weekend getaway! I have never been to an upscale restaurant and this was the best experience! The whole restaurants hospitality was amazing! We will for sure be coming back anytime in hot spring. 20/10 recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Drove over from Little Rock to try out this highly recommended restaurant and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is in an old bank with lots of personality and interesting features like the original vault turned into a beautiful bar. A Local chef curates a fantastic selection of appetizers and entrees all with something special and delicious. The truffle/honey glazed rolls are a must! Service was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant ( we’ve been to several) all orchestrated by their Manager, Peter Donovan who comes with an impressive resume of managing and developing some of the states finest eateries. Needless to say, we were impressed and will be going back soon! Lastly, try out their smoky old fashion.. and get a room close by.. you’ll want more then one. The experience was amazing, but the steak we had was tough and over cooked. Great atmosphere though! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
