This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. And it's all thanks to the chef in the kitchen. I was not delighted with the waiters, but I have great homage for the staff who work with food. Thank you very much for the delicious meals and beautiful presentation! It would do well for waiters to learn to smile. It’s as if they are not at work, but at hard labor. Great interior, nice view from windows and tasty food. Excellent service. Highly recommended if you are visiting Sumy.

By looking to la spezia and sazha , Verde is the worst ... I'm not talking just about food ( Wich need alot if improvement coz not tasty ) but you have problem with stuff guys Giving this place 3 stars because it is good place compared to other restaurants in the city but not good enough as la spezia and sazha 😍

Pumpkin cream soup was not tasty, and burger was not comfortable to eat ( that’s why 4 stars) . Everything else was perfect, waiters were polite and quick in completing our order.

A cozy place with chilling atmosphere and cheap prices. Always clean and the food is served very fast no matter what you order. The service is quite good and the waiters are all very friendly. Nevertheless, it used to be better and more friendly at the opening. Thus, only 4 stars

Immediately I entered the place. The waitresses were very rude. It came off as racist to me. I would like Verde restaurant to know that they are not the only eatery in Sumy. I think the management should take their time to address the importance of courtesy.

service was the worst i've ever seen because of misunderstanding the waitress was yelling at us and she forced us to pay for something we did not tell her to bring such an impolite behavior. a terrible service it is pity because food are not bad try to improve your stuff and teach them how to deal politely with the clients
