I came in with a Togo order for scramble eggs and cheese grits....bacon on side.....it was burnt and my grits was lumpy....20 mins before I got my food....A recurring customer ( how they greeted him) got his food before me...and he came in after me! She forgot my silverware and had to remind her! Wow! For the prices and service.....Certain Waffle house quality has gone down. Thanks Waffle House. A very long time customer. We stopped here while in Douglasville and I have to say this is absolutely the best Waffle House food I have ever had by far. The food was cooked perfect to my request and service was friendly,. I felt like I was in grandma's kitchen. If you are in this area and want good breakfast food this is the place.. Great Food!! This is still a Waffle House but oh my gosh - the VERY Best customer service I have ever experienced. Was so surprised - we will definitely be back. 2nd time and equally as awesome! This crew - Ms. Bernie, Mr. John and Ms. Theresa are amazing - love their job and have the greatest heart for service. Their manager has everything very festive.
