Tried to call to place an order on the phone it said to order online.. so I did. Said it will be ready in 8 mins i got there 20 mins after order placed food wasn’t even started.. just a long story short it’s an inconvenience

As a restaurant, you pretty much have to go out of your way to get less than 4 starts, but this place earned it. Congratulations staff on not giving a shift about service or food quality. YOU DID IT!

Stopped in to get a to-go order to surprise my family with an early breakfast. Order was simply not to hard but one of the item i purchased was a chocolate waffle for my daughter's (birthday breakfast) and it was completely missing from the bag. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Asked for a western omelet specifically hold the ham and light jalapeños....I got the opposite. Full of jalapeños and ham. Further, I tip when I sit inside a restaurant. These folks added 20% to my ticket automatically. The tip option still pops up....SMH. Here's a tip, prepare food as requested! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50

If Undercover Boss was ever needed in Statesboro, Waffle House on the bypass needs it bad. Been here 45 mins and have one glass of soda no food, the waitress is new and has to pull out cheat sheet to get order right, oh by the way, my family only ones here. If Statesboro had other restaurants that were open at 9pm, we’d left. Came last week and grill was broke, half restaurant always closed. Just got food, cold waffles, bacon burnt do bad it crumbles when picking it up, patty melt been cooking so long like leather. Pathetic. I’ve been here twice. The first time the guy says they aren’t taking orders for 45 minutes cause they are cleaning. The second time he says they are not taking orders cause they are packed while only 5 people total are inside. Worst WH ever. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The little waitress was ok. But they were more concerned about the takeout orders so they get that markup than our dine in order. We ordered the same time as the table right behind us and they got their food and finished it and left. That's when we decided we had waited long enough. I stopped here because it was convinient and I wanted a hot meal. I wish that I had written my waitresses name. I sat at the counter after the other waitress chose to ignore the fact that I wanted to sit at her booth. I chose to be served by the gracious young lady who greeted me and tried to be helpful. Food was obviously great, just like every WH. The employees here not so great,Lackadaisical, no motive, didn't know what area they were working. There was 8 working and only 5 customers, still took 5 min to get my order taken from the lady sitting next to who was 1 of 6 that were just sitting. However they all were nice and very bright attitudes and my waitress bought me hash browns because she didn't hear me say 2 orders................ .. went back this morning and the service was completely opposite from last night.
