I was at the bakery twice in 2023 and the service was poor. I choose my cake and wanted to have the lettering/wording put on the cake. The lady completely ignored me. I continued waiting as she stood there talking to her friend about the events in her life. After 8 minutes of this negative behavior I decided I didn't want to purchase the cake from Walmart. I wasn't going to support a store who would leave there workers at the bakery unchecked, to completely ignore the customer. Finally, I went across the street to Price Chopper. I paid a little more for the cake but the workers at Price chopper actually cared about the event that I was getting the cake for and i was greeted with a smile. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
