I’m not giving less stars because I’ve been to the drive through before and it was fine, but today it was terrible and I don’t know another way to give them feedback. I just went to the drive through today around 12:15pm and already when I was ordering the guy couldn’t get my order right from the speaker and seemed to be multitasking because he wouldn’t respond for a long time. Then I get to the window, pay, he gives me my drink (no straw) and closes the window while I wait. Then a woman opens the window and tries to give me another drink, so I tell her I have the drink but not the food. She closes the window again and I wait for a long while again. They can’t ask me to wait at the designated waiting spaces because they’re full and people are leaving the cars and going inside to check on their orders. Then a spot finally opens up and they ask me to park there. A while later another guy comes with just a sandwich, and I have to ask him for the fries and a straw. I leave frustrated and don’t check everything, but sure enough, I got a regular cheeseburger instead of the baconator I ordered. I can’t even check my receipt since I didn’t get one. I will come back because this was my first bad experience, I just wanted to make sure whoever is in charge today knows it is a hot mess.
