Sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker while the employee has her headset on and is chatting with the other employees about how she’s “killing it tonight” but ignoring us and not taking our order. Finally starts taking our order when my baby starts screaming. We ordered literally one combo meal — nuggets, fries, and drink. Regular nuggets, not spicy. These are for my 8 yo child. Get down the road and my child’s throat is on fire because they gave us spicy nuggets instead. Drove back to the restaurant just for them to basically shrug their shoulders at us, no refund, no offer to make it right. A waste of time and money.
