Went through the drive thru for the 1st time since they opened on a Tuesday around 2:45 pm. There was one other vehicle in front of me and no cars in the parking lot. I ordered a small fry and a chicken wrap. They were quick to get my order out but my fries and wrap were just barely warm and my wrap had no ranch on it at all. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be going back. No wonder they don't get much business. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4

I had come thru the drive thru for food and not only did they forget my sandwich the first time, but when I went back and got it, it didn’t even have the right stuff that is supposed to go on it when buying ! Wendy's is usually really good. I went through the drive thru tonight and had only 2 cars ahead of me. It took 20 minutes to get my food. Once I got home I saw they didn't even put my fries in the bag. The bacon burger I ordered was a chicken sandwich that was a sloppy mess. The girl working the window needs to learn some manners and customer service. I will not be coming back to this location! Avoid it if you can. Pulled up to the order menu 8:30 Sat ( not a soul around ) can I help u. i ordered a Biscuit & Gravy, a Sausage Biscuit and medium potato wedges... Waited for at least a min.. I said "did you get that".. Oh yes uh.. sorry not paying attention at all. The Biscuit and gravy was horrible and already poured on your Biscuit runny watery with chunks of a cut up sausage Potatoes weren't bad. Biscuit is flat and not good. Sausage is pre cooked sponge.. Completely disappointed for second time.. last time it was the dried up burger bun and again piss poor service.😒 Expected more from Wendy's. And a new store location at that.. No bacon, no queso dip cheese, no nacho cheese and no frosting machine. that's what we just told whenever we came to place our order at Wendy's tonight in West City Illinois the new Wendy's no frosting machine. so don't come here if you want ice cream
