I thought I would give them another shot, actually my wife loves their salads. Asked for no onion on my burger or cheese. Got onion somebody pulled the cheese off but left what was already melted. Lettuce not crispy tomatoes warm and completely mush. How hard is this, Fresh burgers please!

I tried ordering a #8 sandwich. On their menu, #8 depicts a single patty burger for $7.29. There is no mention of the option to make it a double. When the clerk entered my order, I noticed the price was $8.39. I asked which sandwich she entered, and she said she entered the #8. I ask what KIND of #8. She then admitted to entering the double.
I asked if it was company policy to enter the double by default and, remarkably, she said, "Yes."
I have nothing against the clerk. I don't exactly expect a person in her position to jeopardize her job by refusing to obey a decietful business tactic, such as this. But trying to pull a fast one on your customers and intentionally attempt to charge them for a burger they definitely DID NOT ORDER, one that is more caloric and more expensive, is contemptuous, to say the least.

Watch them carefully the manager here trains this staff to upcharge your orders automatically! For his personal gain! Watch the sizes of everything you order and the total of your sale, I'm going to report him to the state of Colorado this happens everything and then he plays dumb but knows exactly what he's doing illegally

We drove through at around 11pm, thankful to find a place open on a below zeo degree late night, after traveling in NY since 9am and having our flight delayed 3x. When we pulled to the window to get our food, we were told to drive around again, as the chicken nuggets were cooking. We thought that odd, but the worker explained for safety they weren't allowed to bring it out to parked cars. We drove around and waited our turn. We were pleasantly surprised by hot food, free Jr frostys and cookies for our trouble, plus smiling workers apologizing for the wait. You guys rocked it and made the best out of your situation! We were ravenous, and the food hit the spot. Thank YOU, young people, for showing up to work and doing a great job!!

This windy's was close to a truck stop. Always the best. Hot food fun staff. All our food was perfect. Loved it will always visit that place.

Wendy’S Taco Salad and Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
Stopped on a trip to UT. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom.
I used the kiosk to order my meal. It was simple and straightforward.
For a drink I chose the Sweet Tea from the mixing machine. It was outstanding.

Update: Today I went to this this Wendy's, was the only customer in the store and waited 4 mins, before I finally asked if they still took orders over the counter. When the worker tried to take my order, the computer went down. When he tried using the second computer, it showed he was signed out. At that point, he said, I can't take yoyr order. So,, I walked out..
Wendy's never fails to unimpress.
Ask for extra onion, they give you no onion.
French fries underportioned and no paper towels in the restroom so, you get to touch the door handle after the person before you, opens it after not washing their hands.
Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Today, the Brand is horrible.

This restaurant is always full. Take long in drive thru. The food is always good except for the last time when I ordered cheese fries, the amount of cheese was not enough.
