AS OF MARCH 2024. I have watched THIS WENDYS GO DOWNHILL FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS!!! They need BETTER EMPLOYEES!! Every time we've been there they are rude and NEVER NOT ONCE, HAVE THEY GOT OUR ORDER CORRECT!! NOW, as we deal with this tonight they have NO Pretzel Buns OR NO Nacho Buns! BOTH which are used in making the ONLY 2 NEW Sandwiches they have. Clearly they cannot even ORDER their supplies/ingredients to correctly to cook the food! WHERE TF IS THE OWNER??? Not sure why this place is great one day, then substandard the next. Went inside to make it easier to get what I wanted for my family of 4. We all got combos. The food was luke warm at best, my Hamburger looked like it had been sitting quite a while in a holding bin. Syrup mixtures in the lobby drink machine was way out of whack, very bitter drinks. I hate spending 40 bucks on a meal when it's not worth 20. 😒 Well this is why I don't frequent this place often. But sometimes it's what the kids want, and maybe next time it will be better, as it used to be, and sometimes is. I don't work there, so I don't know what the issues are, but someone needs to take more pride in their store and fix some issues that can be addressed. Here it says open till 11pm but guess what. They closed an hour early. I went there a little before 10pm and i waited at the drive through for a couple minutes and i got no response. I was so excited to get a frosty too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Alot of the workers are hateful at the drive through the food is cold alot of the time or not made right. I love Wendy's but this one ain't hittin on much honestly Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
