I tried to go here a couple of weeks ago twice to eat on two different days. Was looking for something to eat on my way to a concert in Knoxville both times. I parked and walked toward the door to find out the inside was closed down. Did you expect me to get in line for your drive thru? I sure didn’t and I sure won’t. The first time I literally just drove to another Wendy’s and walked inside and got service. The second time I literally drove to this huge business right behind you putting you under called Bucees. They literally have hot and ready sandwiches, burritos, and etc laying all over the place just waiting on people to pick them up. If you don’t think people want to walk inside then take you a short hike up the hill and walk inside Bucees and see the hundreds and hundreds of people walking around in there at any time of the day buying up those hot and ready sandwiches and etc. Do better or go under. If you don’t have the employees then you’re doing something wrong. If you want to know how to also do that right then take you mother hike up the hill and see employees walking all over one another. It’s garbage that your inside is closed and I won’t try it a third time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped in after a visit to Buc-ees. Good service. A cool new Hamburger. Nocho burger I think. Hot fries. Hot Chicken nuggets. Winners all round. Heat spot to stop by to sit down for burgers and fries after leaving the madness that is up on the hill behind them. Plus they are on the correct side if you are leaving there going east on 40.
