The people were nice and food good, but we waited in the drive through for over 20mins to get food. I'm not sure if it's because we're Mew Yorkers and wait times (for food) at our regular restaurants aren't that long, unless it's a holiday, but it just felt unreasonably long.

Classic Chicken Sandwich
I went through the drive thru and ordered a five cheeseburger biggie bag. The person who took the order asked if I wanted the bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and I said no, the regular cheeseburger one, and 5 orange Fantas.
I go to the window, hand him my Visa at the same time he starts to give me my drinks. Right away I asked him for carriers , he said that they didn't have any. But all the time my card is laid on the register.
Immediately the card should have been handed back to me but no I had to let the guy know that I wanted the card.
I get the bag of food, he proceeds to walk away without giving me a receipt! I told him that I wanted it and he was kinda surprised. So he gets it from somebody else and gives it to me. That's not all!
I drop everything off at my daughter's house, come to find out the they gave me the wrong cheeseburger meal anyway!!
I never liked this Wendys anyway. I hope they read this, but it won't matter to them.

Walked in the employees were randomly placed, sitting around store. 2 on phones, one in the corner with earbuds cursing a rap song. Stood for nearly 3 minutes as (blue shirt) manager and other employee packed a uber eats order. As ordering employees' phone "rang" with very vulgar language custom "m-f%$ing N$%% " ringtone. Not impressed and definitely will not be back to this location.

Had to do a DoorDash order here, never again. When I walked in I witnessed the slowest group of people attempt to work. I saw some girl with her whole gut out all over the food. Girl at least hide your stomach when you’re serving food to the public. There was a guy there just eating fries while bagging orders. Anyways took over 20 mins to pick up my order.

My medium fry was half full and cold, see photo attached. And honey mustard requested while giving my order was not included in my takeout bag. Very disappointed

When we ordered, it was relatively fast to get out. Order and staff was polite. However, we dined in and the floor had just recently been mopped. It was very slippery and there were no signs or anything.

Anytime I order something where I change one part, apparently it confuses the staff and they take off more than just the one part. I was unaware that when I say no tomato on the Asiago Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich, that also means get rid of the cheese and bacon.
I'm probably going to be coming back less often and will just remove my own damn tomato.

The food was good but the cashier seems like she wanted to be on her phone instead of taking my order. I don't really like having somebody waving a phone near my credit card because how do I know she's not trying to get the info or anything? She also had no hat on and nail so long I'm not sure how she managed to take the order. When I was greeted the cashier just said welcome to Wendy's and nothing else no may I take your order no hold on. Not once did I get a please or a thank you. Everyone there seems like I was an inconvenience interrupting their conversation
