A month ago

Placed a mobile order, and the cashier couldn't find my order. Was asked if my free burger was with coupon but it was with my points. Second ordered a large onion rings and didn't receive them. Thirdly burgers were done with sloppy placement of ingredients. Fourthly, food was cold and was not good at all. Very Bad in my opinion. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
