Typical I don’t want to work attitude, my wife came in mad that whoever was behind the counter decided to ignore her and talk to customers behind her. I have eaten at a lot of Wingstops. This one right here has the best cooked to perfection crispy chicken wings. You could actually taste the Louisiana rub seasoning on them. The next morning I at my mother lemon pepper wings leftover and they were very good after being microwaved. For now on I will save my Wingstop cravings until I am back home. I did place a mobile order via DoorDash and had to wait and additional 20 minutes. The young lady at the counter did let me know my order was coming it. The phone was just ringing non stop without and answer. This was Friday, September 29 at 8:23PM. My orders was fresh and hot. This shop has definitely improved from my disappointment with them previously. Staff is friendly and food is good. Glad would recommend ---------- They have some decent/good wings. Nothing great but it is nice to have a wing place in clarksdale. It would be even nicer if they answered the phone when you call or call you after you place an online order when they do not have something. Why do we give you our information if you don't reach out? You wait till someone comes to the shop after the designated time to give us another option to make us wait even longer. No compensation for our time for placing the order ahead of time. Terrible customer service in that sense. Management really needs to step their game up because I gaurantee this would not work anywhere else. Not to mention you have less than half of the options your drink machine offers. Sometimes not even that. Food is good when it is available. WHEN being the key word. CUSTOMER SERVICE is to be desired as well.
