We were heading through town and stopped here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. we had a table near the fireplace, and our waitresses name was Kate. I ordered the 9 ounce tenderloin, medium rare with a loaded baked potato and shrimp. Kate was personable and placed our order in a timely manner. Our food came out in about 15 minutes and the steak was perfect at medium rare. The portion was larger than I expected. The loaded baked potato was excellent. I got a fried chicken salad and my friend got the ribs. My chicken was burnt black and completely inedible, and her ribs were slathered in BBQ sauce due to it being a poor cut. That said, the waitress was very kind. I did not bring up the quality of our food because I just wanted to leave and get back on the road. The servers are great at their jobs and are not at fault for the quality of the food. It was only the entrees that were poor. We got the spinach dip and it was the best spinach dip I have ever had. Additionally, my friend got a mocktail and although it was too sweet for her, I quite liked it. It was supposed to be huckleberry, but I could not taste that. Otherwise it was great. Overall I would not recommend going, simply due to the way the meat was cooked. Perhaps it was an off day, these things happen after all. Brother had garlic mashed potatoes with his baseball cut sirloin, I had Mac & cheese with mine, his steak was medium well, mine was medium rare, both were cooked perfect! Mouthwatering, melt in your mouth tender, delicious, excellent meal. We will eat here many more times, I hope! Thanks to the great cook, and thanks to the wait staff as well! Parking: plenty of parking! Bonus veterans parking!!!! Service: TIM!!!! Ask for Tim he is an amazing server service and suggestions super amazing! Some places just have that rustic feel without also having to be around 100 years and this is one of them. Definitely Modern inside but with that Wyoming touch of friendliness and delicious steaks. Sirloin was tender and showed up on a sizzling plate that wasn’t fajitas! But not a cast iron plate so pretty unique way to serve it. I love the crisp edges from that. Awesome deserts too! Food was very good and hot. Came in before a game and was sat and served in a timely manner. The food was great, the service was very average, though. Forgot our drinks, came by the table maybe once. Forgot to put in a salad. If the server would’ve gave any effort at all the visit would’ve been a 5 star. But hats off to the kitchen. The food came out at a reasonable time considering the amount of volume they were pushing out and it was good quality. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Seated immediately which was nice. Waiter was nice. Food was good but I don't much care for so much salt and pepper on my steak. Much to spicy. I want ice in my water. Didn't get much. We stayed in Laramie just to eat here passing through on our way back to Tennessee. My husband loves this restaurant. Our experience wasn't incredible this trip. My husband ordered the special, but got nothing like it was described to him by the waitress. For a $50 special, your staff needs to know the details. They gave him a corrected order, however by that time, i was already finished eating. I also had to ask for a refill on my water. For two people having a bill over $100, I would expect better service. They gave us a free desert and took one beer off the bill, which was appreciated but it wasn't really enough compensation for the amount of money we spent.
