You would think an $11 burger (The Big Zipper) could be made correctly for that price... but no. The patties were not even luke warm, the cheese still solid slices that could be easily pulled off in one perfect piece and there was no ketchup or mustard on it. Plus, the fries were barely warm as well. My wife's burger was no better. After paying over $40 for two people to eat a fast food meal (the easiest cuisine to execute), I expect something slightly better than what I got. I will never, no matter how hungry I am, consider returning to Zips. Total rip-off! Food: 1

Love the funny, young adults, learning a great skill at night. You don't see too meny that generation trying to learn and be responsible adults. I went threw the drive threw the mushroom well cooked like I asked and they actually accomidade my request for extra mayo and onions on my burger but the shakes are the best. Burger King and McDonald's and all the other big fast food might have given up on customer service but that zips in particular has not.
