3 Fische, located in the tiny village of Lüscherz, is a restaurant that serves fresh fish from the Lake of Biel, along with seasonal dishes and fresh vegetables. The atmosphere is cozy, with much wood and subdued lighting, providing a welcome change from the average Swiss restaurant. The service personnel are excellently trained and ready to fulfill your wishes. The food is simply prepared and presented without unnecessary frills. The fish soup is tasty and well-flavored, while the main course, "Eglifilets Patrizia", is served with a beurre blanc sauce that is truly to die for. For dessert, one must not miss the homemade Baileys ice-cream with mandarin espuma. The quality of the food is reflected in the rather high price level. However, the lunch is really enjoyable and worth the price. All in all, 3 Fische offers an excellent experience, with great food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
