My husband and I have been there a few times now and now bringing along friends to join us to see why we rave so much about this place . EVERYTIME whether it is the haddock the beef or just burgers it has all been spot on delicious with no issues whatsoever through the complete meal. Valentines' dinner, 15 minutes to order a drink, 10 minutes to get the drink- lousy. The bartender must be family, I would fire her, it doesn't get much slower than her! Did I mention not many people in the bar. Food quality does not match the price point. We will probably never go back. Food was excellent! Service was great. Prices were reasonable. There was a live musician, wasn't a fan of that otherwise the atmosphere is very good. 2nd trip, it was very good. We ordered ...Chocolate martini, Malibu Rum w/pineapple, coconut shrimp, Seafood Pie, and ribeye steak. My husband said his steak was too fatty and under cooked. Everything else was very good. Fairly underwhelmed. Went to lunch, got a French onion soup, and the fried scallop and clam combo. The soup was alright, though nothing to write home about. The scallops and clams were ok, though small. While eating them I wished it was more like Red Barn. However, I payed $50 for the lot, which for the quality and quantity is a ridiculous price. My friend's caesar was drenched in dressing and salty. Our server was friendly, though a bit over present, and didn't really read the room well as far as my company not enjoying their food. Soggy fried scallops. Asked the waitress what the issue was and she said they had sat for a while. A 31 dollar plate of 9 scallops with a few fries was the most disappointing things I’ve had this year. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
