While the coffee is excellent I don’t like waiting in line while hip hop music is so loud it’s hard to hear and the servers are dancing while I’m ordering. I just want my coffee and go I don’t want entertainment.

Seven Brew excels in offering high-quality coffee and Shopbrew energy drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, including those with service animals, evidenced by their thoughtful complimentary pup cup treats. The service is generally efficient and commendable.
However, we've encountered issues specifically related to the advertised 50% discount for on-duty first responders, a policy that, in principle, is highly commendable. My professional partner, who is actively serving in law enforcement, has faced undue challenges in availing of this discount. Despite being in full uniform, she was subjected to uncomfortable and unnecessary questioning by some staff members regarding her on-duty status. This not only questioned her integrity but also created an unwelcoming atmosphere during our visits.
Efforts to seek clarity on the discount policy, especially for those in plain clothes or non-class A uniform, have been met with inconsistent enforcement and explanations. Despite assurances that a badge presentation suffices for the discount, this has not been our experience, leading to confusion and inconsistency.
While the quality of Seven Brew's offerings and the general ambiance are commendable, the inconsistent application of the first responder discount policy and the treatment experienced by my professional partner highlight areas for improvement. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the experience for all customers, particularly for those who serve our community as first responders.
