Me and the hubby went here a few weeks back and it was pretty good until we got served. The server a (short brunette) was nice at first. Me and the hubs enjoyed the fries and atmosphere. We were splitting the tab and I was explaining this to her (it was loud which isn’t anybody’s fault) and I said “the fries are on my tab with the two beers on the hubs tab. And put mine (referring to my cocktail) on my tab”. A few minutes go by and she brings the hubs the second beer and another one of the cocktail I had previously ordered. Me and the hubs were confused because I had not asked for another one. When I went to go ask her, she had a very snippy attitude claiming that I had told her to get another one. I said that wasn’t what I said but she just told me that she couldn’t take it back and I would still be charged for it. I was already anxious being in a bar and this made that worse. I just told her that I think there was a miscommunication because I was going to order a different drink and she claimed that I never told her that. And I was like yes I didn’t tell you because I needed to figure something out before I had another drink. She was still rude and snippy so I just went back to my table and told the hubs. Good food, good atmosphere, not so great server. Just that one person though. I’ve had a few others tend to me who were amazing. She just wasn’t :/. Not sure if we will be returning. Went here early afternoon. Bartender, she was awesome. Love the place, has a Johnny Cash look. Very cool place. Food was awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pub trivia host Christina is the best, I keep coming back because I like how she hosts (makes it fun but keeps it moving at a good pace). I also like the food so I tend to come a little before the trivia starts at 8pm, order some dinner/drinks and play. The staff is nice and it's a chill atmosphere. So the service was just horrible. She was so focused on the other table, we ended up canceling one of our orders completely. When we went outside to smoke with our food on the table, another group of people came and sat at our table ordering. With our full plates of food there! We got more drinks going up to the bar ourselves. And when we asked to tab out, she ran outside to watch the fireworks instead. If you are going to be a waitress, wait on your customers.
