Anyone that reads my reviews know that one of my OCD things is clearly how clean a restaurant is. So this A&W restaurant is very clean. The staff is extremely warm and friendly and very attentive to their customers. My Uncle and Aunt take my Mom and myself for the Papa burger special every Tuesday. They know the exact. Anyway we really enjoy our lunch get together every Tuesday. If you decide to come for one of their Papa Burger Specials I don't think you'll be disappointed. Can't miss us so be sure to say hi! I Am not going to make a complaint, I just ask that more detailed attention is focused on when orders are made, 4 mistakes were made with my order but i settled instead of making a big deal out of it....Hope to have a better experience next time.

Excellent customer service, the girl at the Drive thru was very friendly and thoughtful, my food was hot and freshly made, everything was great except.... no ice cream... They were closing in 30 mins and cleaning the machine. Boo. I really really wanted that Reese's Polar Swirl... Apparently they decided to close early, the person working took my order then never answered me again and turned the light off. Extremely rude. They could of just said they were closed NBD but taking my order just to do that? Okay...
