I come often with my mother & this time was just a little off putting. The server never checked on the table after taking the food order. The manager refilled my cup about 3 times because the server didn’t. Once he dropped the checks off he stood over me & watched me count out my money the entire time but the guy across from me didn’t receive the same attention. my mother handed him her check & this guy didn’t even walk off to swipe her card until i was done counting my money. i felt as though it was a little discrimination against me because there were plenty of other things for him to do instead of standing over me making sure i pay, which i ALWAYS do. it just sucks sometimes how the customer service is here because i really enjoy the food & im a bartender myself at a restaurant so i understand but i would never hover over a guest to make sure they’re paying. have a little bit more faith in your customers Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have eaten here before, and when I do it is a generally good experience. However, this last time, I did a pick-up order. I specifically told the receptionist/host I have a shellfish allergy, and to please not add any complimentary shrimp to my hibachi salmon meal. When I arrived home, starving, I opened my bag and…. there was shrimp sitting right on top of my fried rice. I had to throw my whole $24+ meal away. I got home right after closing and couldn’t call to get a new meal.😒😒 Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I'm rating it accordingly to what it is.. A casual, fun dining experience that did not disappoint. My family had a lot of fun watching food being prepared and the usual show was fun as always! Food was tasty but only complaint I'd have is that the "soup" was a lukewarm broth with some dried mushrooms instead. It’s was delicious! Vegas roll is tempura fried delight. Waitress was attentive. Happy hour before 6:30 …means keep the hot sake pouring and the rolls rolling 😉😜. Next time we’ll do hibachi grill side.

My friend and I decided to come here for a dinner date. I love hibachi because they usually do a cute little show while they cook! Unfortunately the chef we received was not enthused enough to put on a show nor was he friendly or talkative. I’m pretty upset because I had to order extra rice after I barely received any on my plate. My date had to order extra as well. When it came time for the two shrimp a piece, one of mine never made it on my plate instead it was left on the bare table with a promise to get me another one. Never received it. Luckily I got shrimp and steak so my date was courteous enough to give me his. My vegetables also had a hard time making it to my plate. By the second time the chef dropped my food I was over it . $90 bill for NO SHOW and my food went on the table instead of the plate. I will not be returning to this location.
