Here at Albertson’s everything is laid out in the worst way possible and you’ll never find the one item that you need. It’s usually out of stock and you’ll find that out after you spend 30 minutes looking for it. No one knows where anything is so asking does not help
I love this store. It’s my go-to. I had to get balloons yesterday after the main balloon filler left and two very helpful employees went above and beyond to help me! Then it was windy outside, so another employee ran to get his coat to help me get all the balloons to my car. I left feeling so thankful for great people.

I enjoy shopping there in person and online. I love to pick up large orders of groceries because the store can get congested full of people. However, the ladies sound a little aggressive while answering the phone which makes it a little intimidating to ask a question. But, they were actually pretty nice when I asked a question about an online order.
On 3 separate occasions, including this week, we have bought things (ground beef, chicken, and cheese) and they have been out of date or rotten. I have never been to a grocery store and have had this happen however 3 times from one place in 3 months is ridiculous.
Fruits, vegetables and meats are always better at Albertsons in my opinion. Especially compared to Walmart. You get what you pay for sort of thing. I have a lot less anxiety at Albertsons as well

It is so convenient to be able to order via Door Dash and have delivered to my door. We typically order something from the deli along with the groceries needed. I think Albertsons needs to spend a little more time describing what the store has. So that we CAN ORDER what's available. The deli is HARD to order from. You have to go through several different KEY WORDS or phrases to try and get an item to come up, IF you can get it to come up at all.
Otherwise... we love Albertsons. Always clean and stocked. Just please do better when it comes to your on-line ordering. If we can find it... ... we can buy it!
I’m out of town, and ordered flowers through the Albertsons website for my wife for Mothers Day. I received the order confirmation email stating the flowers were ready for pickup, but substitutions were made. The flower arrangement that was substituted was $10 cheaper than what I ordered, but I was charged more than the original arrangement to begin with. I called the store, was transferred to someone, then was hung up on, albeit accidentally (I think). I called the number back in the email, the phone was picked up and I could hear people talking in the background for just over a minute. They finally responded back, we’re confused just like me, found the flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement and added them. Texted me a picture (only reason I’m giving a second star) of the arrangement as it was supposed to be originally (I’m guessing…the description and images of the arrangements online is severely lacking detail). All in all, I won’t be ordering anything online from here again.
