I like the dough of the pizza. However the pizza is far from being cheap and they could put more cheese on their pizza. I discussed the matter long time ago with one of the managers and he told me that when ordering through food courier I can mention I am an accustomed client and ask for additional pizza. However today I did that and they just ignored my request and the manager commented that they did not even read my note. I assess that the quality of service in this place has degraded relative to three or four years ago. They just seem to be so proud of their pizza to the degree they take people's hard earned money for granted. This is so arrogant. On top of the fact they did not even deign to read the note they prepared the pizza without the parsley they usually put on top and though I sent a photo that shows there is no parsley, the manager said he can see it. On the phone he apologized for that but when I asked him to fix the situation he told me to send the photo. Then he flipped and said there is nothing wrong and of course no apologies. Of course, it is because now apologies would be costly, which shows the apology was not sincere from the beginning. This shows that this business does not care about honest relationship with the client. Politeness is just a matter of display, not a substance. They took advantage that money was paid and they did not have to make any effort. They purposefully put few cheese to extend your feel of hunger and force you to buy more. Super nice pizza place which offers a bunch of vegan pizza without cheese. Their crust is always super crispy, which is something I really like. They are open till late, so can be a real life safer, if you end up hungry on or during a night out ✌️ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
