I have been a loyal customer for years and have NEVER had an issue in the past. My parents came to town and I wanted to give them the Allora experience. We had dinner reservations at 7:15 pm on Friday, February 23rd. We arrived at 7:00 pm and were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter, Nunzio (I believe that was his name but the receipt said Taylor S) was HORRIBLE. We ordered 4 entrees, one appetizer and one salad that came to $156.75. He took our order and then we didn’t see him for 1 hour and 55 minutes. There were NO refills, NO checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and most importantly NO updates on what was going on with our order. Once the partial food order did come (1 hour and 45 minutes later) it was served by another waiter (very nice female). She apologized and 10 minutes later the other items came out (delivered by the initial waiter). This is not acceptable. I wanted to leave after an hour but didn’t want to cause a scene so I sucked it up but this will never happen again because they have lost a customer (which they probably don’t care about anyway from what they showed me yesterday. I went to Allora last night and was treated to a fantastic Italian dinner. The Menu was small which is usually a good sign of what's to come. However they made me a specific dish which was "Always on the menu" even if it's not stated, I'll let you guys guess. We ordered some appetizers which were fantastic and served bread that was also very good. Our entrees however were exceptional. Our waite was fantastic and the atmosphere was adorable. Truly a stop if your tired of fair to middling Italian food and want a true taste of the old country. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

we were a party of 9 made a reservation when we get there or waiter taylor comes and we ask me for 2 different checks he tells us that he doesn’t have time to do that that we are going to have to figure it out ourselves okay cool so then they bring one basket of bread for our 2 tables there wasn’t even enough for us all to have 1 piece and one cup of dipping sauce so now we’re passing the sauce around for us to dip we ask the waiter if he can bring 2 baskets of bread he says yes and never comes back they were busy so don’t get me wrong it took super long over 45 minutes for us to receive our food and mind you he brought the kids food out last most places brings the kids first it was only chicken tenders and fries so it definitely should’ve been one of the first things out so when the food comes out (pasta dishes) we ask him for the bread again he then tells us that he has to check and see if there is enough bread for us and again never comes back the water lady came very frequent and then brought us 1 basket of bread he never came to ask us if we needed anything we were all done eating so i asked the water lady for boxes and then we still had to wait about another 20 minutes just for our check because HE NEVER CAME TO CHECK ON US ! i will not be returning we spent a lot of money and usually when you eat at a nice restaurant you get good service olive garden has better service then him Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
