We had an incredible experience at Alpha Omega Collective in Paso Robles! The service was top-notch, the wine was truly amazing, and the whole evening was nothing short of perfection. Chris, our curator for the evening, skillfully selected wines that stole the show by offering delightful side-by-side tastings. The Pinot wines I had the opportunity to savor danced gracefully across my palate, leaving me completely satisfied with my wine choices for the night. Meanwhile, my partner thoroughly enjoyed the full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons and concluded the evening with a spectacular pour of the Era, a selection of the very best grapes from that year's single vineyard selection. We can't wait to return and explore more of their wines! 🍷👏🍇 Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
