Food was good. Portion large enough for 2 people to split for lunch. Happily paid $3 to split the meal but apparently this is only an extra plate as they did not actually split the meal in the kitchen. So with a butter knife and fork we cut a chimi in half and divided up the beans and rice. If you're charging extra to split a meal you should actually do so in the kitchen where you have the proper utensils available to do so. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I love this place. So cute, great atmosphere, comfortable. There is always people enjoying themselves. The food I ordered was quite bland. Chips where good. I will go again for another option. This used to be a favorite in the town, but they have progressively lowered the quality of the food while increasing the prices at the same time. I understand that this is a Mexican inspired but this is unacceptable for tacos. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Food came out hot and was just the right proportion for me with a great taste. Would eat here again and would recommend to others. Service was quick, with chips and main dishes but waitress was a bit 'cold.' (Maybe we hit a busy time?) Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is a quaint little restaurant in Wickenberg, AZ. We were exploring the town, looking for a good place to eat, and found this place. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The portions are a good size and prices were decent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, especially the tables by the windows. Food was good enough. Did not see the window until leaving. TONS of Trump/Republican propaganda inside the restaurant and on the window outside. Nothing directly against the Republican party but this is VERY bad business practice. Understand it is their right but there is a place for this and all over your business is not it. Will never be back and do not recommend. A business like this should not be supported. Definitely a BAD atmosphere to be in. I'm sure the owners will get a good laugh out of this since they also had a sign saying they like people getting offended. Go ahead and respond so others can see the type of business you really are. I may only be one person so you think it doesn't matter; but you will never know how much business you lose because of this though. This is a nice mom and pop restaurant with decent food and friendly service. The drinks are larger than most restaurants. There is a 3% charge for using credit cards and an added $3 to share a plate. We thought the chips and salsa weren't going to be complimentary, but they were. Me and some coworkers split our bills, (some places don't let us). I would come here again. Hearing all during the lockdown about how wonderful the food is in this restaurant, finally had a chance to visit. On a Friday, meeting friends there, we could not resist the Friday Fish Fry. The chips and salsa were plentiful and wonderful, the fish ample and flavorful. Definitely will be back to partake of the Mexican food!
