I had the worst experience my food was cold the waitress was rude I will never go back the Mananger was nice we paid for our food but that will b the last time I will dine @ applebees it was so bad I started to cry. Thorndale applebees need to step there game up. They luck they got 1 star cause of the Mananger and sorry the barmaid. The rest of the staff needs to be re trained. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
